One of the units contains its own private pool and wrap- around terrace. There are balconies and terraces located throughout the building.
The building provides dramatic views of New York City from all sides, as well as views of the Hudson River and Brooklyn. The project has a residential lobby with double orientation. The retail areas provide transparency with the use of modern glass and metal at the street level.
